I'm looking to purchase a house with no downstairs loo. I'm viewing the house Friday @11am in Rathfarnham and I would like a professional opinion on if it's possible and how much it might cost. That, plus I would like to know if the attic is convertible. I've no phone reception in work (9-6pm) so you could email me and I can leave the building and ring back or email. Otherwise, I should be free >6pm.
