Trade Required: Builder - House Extensions

Description: This is an 18sqm first floor extension over an existing flat roof (previous converted garage).
The extension includes a pitched roof.

As there has already been planning permissions granted for this, I have a copy of the plans available to share (pdf).

Our engineer has indicated that reinforcement of existing outside wall footings will be required as part of the works.

The extension consists of 2 bedrooms.

We have a few other smaller internal improvement works to be done also as part of this job but initially the quotation is being sought only for the extension works itself.

Budget for the extension �60k - �65k
