Glowworm Boiler Lost Power

Here's an example of a job that was posted a number of years ago by a customer looking for a heating contractor in Sandymount, Dublin. The details of the job were as follows:-

Trade Required: Heating Contractor

Description: Glowworm flexicom 18sx has turmed itself off. The display next to mode switch is off so no visible error codes. Reset switch doesnt get it on either. Powering off and back on from consumer unit has no effect. There is power to the EPH timer. Thermostat is set to 22C and no obvious signs of why it has turned off. We had a contractor in today cleaning carpets that used alot of hot water. The pressure gauge in hot press for loop was down to less than 0.5 afterwards. The fact you cannot power up the display on the 18sx makes it impossible to locate fault.
