Two bedroom own-door apartment on first floor (with stairs, no lift) built c2004.
Install double doors into existing partition wall between living room and kitchen (non-load bearing wall).
Make good flooring (want to retain existing flooring in both rooms if possible).
Board up existing kitchen entrance door from the hall, adding tall narrow fire-rated glass panel to the side.
Relocate radiator onto adjacent wall (preferably replace with vertical radiator).
Relocate light switch.
Add additional sockets.
Provide details to enable sign off for updated fire certificate.
