Description: I live in a semidetached 1930's house on a cottage acre in Rathangan. It was originally a small 3 bed with one small kitchen and now has a naff kitchen/bathroom extention to the back (the extension is at least 30 years old). I'm looking for some advice as how to proceede as the house needs work but we are on a tight budget and would rather within what we can do without planning premission
