Description: Turning an old garage into a liveable space. The back wall needs to come down and re-built (12 metres long and built upto 8ft). 2 bedroom windows, front door, and a bathroom window will be going in along this wall also. Foundations will be already in. The building itself has a lean to roof. Centre point of the roof is being moved to the direct centre of the shed so therefore both gables will have to be built up also.
