Trade Required: Heating Contractor

Description: Replace internal oil boiler with outdoor unit (high efficiency condenser boiler unit to be provided with quote � kerosene & �biofuel ready� - Grant Engineering unit preferred) - requires run of piping and power line of ca. 8 - 10 m to suitable position outdoors - trench will run under pre-exiting concrete path. Access is limited - may not be possible to use a mini digger. Also, sewage, wastewater pipes are in vicinity of the trench run).

Replace 2 x radiators, (to be provided with job),
Replace 1 bathroom radiator with towel rail, (to be provided with job),
Replace existing radiator control valves with TRV ready valves, (to be provided with job),
Replace existing hot water cylinder (Current one repaired previously for leak - advised to replace in due course), (to be provided with job),
Install Salus Controls system to control boiler and zones (2 rads, 1 water cylinder) (Note: smart TRVs, controller hardware and circulation pump already purchased. Motorised 2-way valve is required to isolate hot water-only setting),

Please include any charges arising for disposal of old units.
