- remove approve 7m of hedging
- remove existing 11m boundary fence (meta; posts and panels)
wall to be plastered on one side x 11m and both sides on the retuern (5.5m)
- Granite caps
- Removal of spoil
- Easy access but heave equipment / truck not permitted through front entrance due to risk of damage to cobble. Might be possible if covered
