Trade Required: Builder - House Extensions

Description: 25sq mtr rear extension to a 4 bedroom detached house. House was built in 2007. The garden is approx 128sq mtr. The kitchen diner is L shaped so this must be considered as it will not just be one length of steel to support the rear of the house. I understand an engineer will be required to sign off on this. I would like to find someone able to take the project from design to finish as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our budget is between 80,000 & 90,000 euro.
We hope to install a heat pump with underfloor heating, this will involve lifting tiles across approx 45 sq mtr to lay pipes. The existing kitchen is only a couple of years old so we will use this and add an Island. I would also like to have built a 20 sq mtr workshop in the garden, And of course we are looking for a very high end finish.
