Description: We have a three-bed semi-D just outside the village. We are looking to build over the garage, sp the first floor extension would be an extra room, plus an ensuite for one of the existing rooms. On top of that, we are looking for an attic conversion. We have planning and the drawings for the design. We dont know what the cost would be hence why I have put no maximum budget so looking for a ball-park figure. Once we know that, we would know how soon we could possibly start the works.
