Small outside ‘shed’ currently being used as wc. No electric or running (tap)water. Made of brick with flat room. Requirement: New brick wc (classic shed design) to be built. Size approx 5ft x 4ft, with pitched/pointed roof required. Run electrics to same and install sink etc (toilet already there).
