1 needs shower fixed, heater installed, fridge and cooker and exhaust fan fixed

The other one needs new kitchen, floors layed, bathroom, heater, exhaust fan

A house in killucan needs some renovation to get it rented out, garden to be cleared, trees cut, trench dug for ESB cable to provide power on, range removed and replaced with a wood stove, doors, architraves replaced, floors layed, new fridge, cooker, new oil fired central heating to be installed using existing tank

Plenty of work to keep a builder in the area busy in between other jobs if needs be.

Properties have been idle for some time as I am finding it hard to get back to the country with work and I just want to start getting them rented out now one by one and need someone to complete the work and project manage it
