Description:

Need 75mm concrete screed applied to the 1st floor hollowcore. A little shuttering around the stairs needs to be done as well. The rest should be ok. Then it needs to be leveled and power floated. If you don't have the equipment to do this job or can't power float properly, please don't apply for this job.
