Description: Its 8 x27 feet flat cement roof garage with sink - approx 8.5feet floor..to ceiling ...There is an addon 8 x 16 feet flat wood joist roof shed with toilet.... Both Need re wiring and replumbing for a small bathroom, kitchen/sitting room and bedroom - also a small gym about 10 x8 or 14 x8.... All parts need insulating and the addon shed roof needs redoing also, the rainwater down pipe off the garage needs rerouting so possibly the garage roof would need redoing/adding to to change the fall of it.... It all has cement floor which would need insulating .....
