Description:

we get a new electric fireplace and removed a gas boiler to new location. the old pipe is no longer in use, but looks like there is a leak from the roof itself. water is dropping (very little) outside the pipe. The top above the new fireplace will now be closed, but confirmed by electrician that the drops are coming from the roof itself. all water pipes which are in there do not at all leak. need help immediately to ensure no water will drop on any electric
