Our neighbours driveway against the side of our house was built up higher than the ground level of our house and no protection against damp/water going into our wall seems to have been installed. As a result, the wall in our hallway is damp. The neighbours driveway is gravel, so I believe we need someone to dig away the gravel, apply a waterproof membrane and a gutter to the side of our house, then put the gravel back.
