Description: The job is a partially completed house.
The roof is coming off to enable the gables and front/rear elevations to be raised to new height.
Dimensions: its 20m long x 10m wide.
Roughly 4 courses of block work on top of existing block work (530 blocks).
Long runs and sound completed levels required for new roof/wall plates.
The job will also have some changes to current openings, and the completion of a chimney from one pot to two pots. Currently finished with one pot in-situ.
Cash price for the job required.
Price to include own mortar/mixing/labouring.
Electricity and water not on-site as yet, expected by job start time, but should plan/quote with this in mind, as may not be energised.
Wall ties and insulation can be separate/provided if needed.
Job to start Mon 25/5/15 and be completed within a few days, latest 30/5/15, roofer scheduled already.
All rubbish will be disposed of by site manager.
It’s a good site with plenty of space for working.
Full scaffold will be supplied or if you have your own and can leave it for the duration of the roof works (all sides), we can be open to competitive negotiations.
