I need a quote in order to apply for a grant for my elderly parents. Downstairs (understairs) toilet refurb for better accessibility. Approx 68 x 31.5 inches (floor measurements), sloped ceiling. Removal of old suite, wooden cladding and some woodwork covering pipes. Floor to be raised by approx 7.5 inches to be level with hall/living room floor. Installation of new suite, toilet/cistern and wash basin. Tiling of entire downstairs toilet. I have photos if required.

Trade Required: Builder - General

Budget: €1,000 - €5,000 (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)

When to Proceed: 6 months
