Description:

Looking to dryline one external wall in a bedroom, approx 7.8 sq metres. Also includes positioning one outlet into the wall which is currently floating (like an extension lead coming out of the floor from when the home was rewired). Also move three rads to new locations (including onto the wall being drylined) and position valves to supply from wall rather than up through floor. Suspended timber flooring, first floor of home. Rads and valve to be provided by homeowner - insulated board to be provided by contractor.

Budget: €750 - €1,250 (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
