Trade Required: Builder - General

Description: Existing En-suite shower room is 2.3m x 0.9m (approx) and consists of a toilet (WC), small wash hand basin and shower cubicle with electric powered shower. The works are to include the removal and disposal of the existing suite including tiles (wall and floor) and replace with new toilet (WC), standard sized wash hand basin and adjustment (tray size increase) to shower cubicle width from 0.75mm x 0.75m to 0.75m X 0.9m (extra 150mm is stud partition) and to include installation of new power shower unit to replace existing. There is an existing extraction unit which will remain but needs to be cleaned and new filter provided. The toilet (WC), wash hand basin, tiles, shower enclosure and electric motor/control for shower are to be provided by owner - all other materials including grouting, fittings, waterproofing, lining, pipework and ducting etc., to complete the works, are to be included in quote and provided by you. The En-suite is located on 1st floor of house.
