I have an existing patio of c.14sqm and I would to extend this by c.12sqm. The part requiring extension is raised off the ground so would require to be dug out. Currently there are sleep steps between the existing patio and the grass and would like this replace by a wall and steps. I would also like a fence on top of the existing low wall between my house and my neighbours of c.12m
