Description:

1. Removal two concrete block sheds at rear/side of house.
2. New build to extend from existing kitchen into this area at side, extended area about 15 sq.m.
3. Re-roof existing kitchenette continuous with new roof on extended area (single pitched roof)
4. Prepare oil to gas conversion, existing oil fired boiler, oil tank etc.
4. Usual gutters, drainage etc.
Preference for salvage material in new build wherever suitable to resemble existing (1930's) house.

Budget: €100 - No limit set (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
