Description:

Rented property requires some changes to meet housing regulations.

1. Cooker hood extractor fan must be vented externally. At the moment it just has charcoal filters which does not meet requirements. Needs 4-inch hole in external wall with flexi tubing connected to extractor fan and fitting of external vent covering.

2. Mount one smoke alarm and three carbon monoxide alarm.

3. Mount fire blanket on wall.

Budget: €100 - €300 (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
