Install a fire extinguisher in the kitchen
Install windows restrictors
Check and install self closing system to all doors (fire doors)
Install wall went in all rooms
Connect the cooker and check it's working
Check extractor fans in bathrooms are working and change it if not.
Repair or install doors handles.
Seal draft on bedroom window
Budget: €300 - €1,000 (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
