Description: Just purchased a house that needs flat roof repair the pre purchase survey states Flat felt roofs over rear 60s additions/porches are leaking in a number of areas and have been so for a while, there being some deterioration, buckling of swollen timber boarding to underside with kitchen/bathroom areas. A full renewal above is required,either as part of a loft conversion, or if funds dont allow for a while the temporary single layer overlay with insulation to last for interim, or permanently replacing after full stripwith 2 layer High performance felt if no loft conversion planned Not in a position financially to carry out loft conversion but would like to possibly remove unused chimney from roof and potentially increase slope on roof No active dripping coming into the home yet but timbers are water damaged
