I would like to get rid of v large rosemary bush and lavender bush. The lawn is awful, never managed to get rid of weeds that were well rooted when I moved in. Generally would like lawn to be a bit smaller (11 ft x 11.5 ft approx)
everything else to be either paved or graveled ( depending on cost)

I would like a small section for herbs and have a small Japanese maple that I would like to find a place for.
