I got a Gas boiler installed just over 2 years ago but its only now that we realised that we didn't get a compliance certificate. We are selling the house and need a certificate for contracts to be signed so can I get someone to check over boiler installation and provide the cert? The person who put it in is now uncontactable.

Budget: €100 - €200 (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
