Description: 1. Re-hang a curtain rail 2nd bedroom & re-enforce curtain rail that is sagging in main bedroom
2. Replace extractor fan in main bathroom and ensuite. (If you tell me where to get them, I will purchase)
3. Remove shaving lights from main bathroom and ensuite.
4. Fit new shower screen
5. Refit cabinet around the boiler and attached door.
6. Fix new hinges and reattach corner press pull out doors x 2
7. Sand and repaint patch over fridge in Kitchen.
8. Paint ceilings white – Kitchen, Sitting Room, Hall, Main Bathroom
9. Skim kitchen splashback walls (tiles will have been removed)
Budget: €100 - €300 (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
