Heating System Upgrade/service

Here's an example of a job that was posted recently by a customer looking for a heating contractor in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin. The details of the job were as follows:-

Trade Required: Heating Contractor

Description: I live in a bungalow with gas central heating, Baxi boiler. There are 11 radiators.Several problems.1. It is a dual circuit system so that in the winter I just turn hall thermostat down and system just heats the water, this has stopped working and had to turn rads off this winter.2. Radiator in bedroom probably furthest from boiler does not heat, pipe going into it v hot but other side barely warm. no air in rad3. Want ladder type rad in shower room replaced.4. Want larger rad fitted in kitchen room.5. Want all thermostat valves replaced with regular valves6. Want advise as if I should change some other rads to more modern ones.7.
