Trade Required: Builder - General

Description: Need a builder to help with internal renovation to a 1970s build. The house has 4 bedrooms and is 118sqm. On the ground floor, we need to knock a load-bearing wall 3.7m between a kitchen and diner, and brace it with steel. We also need to block up a single external back door and knock through a large window 2.5m width to create a new back doorway french doors or sliding doors.To the front of the house, we need to block up a garage carport door attached to the house and convert this to a new window cavity approx. 2.5m in width. Depending on budget, wed also like to convert the garage 12sqm into a small utility room and a front playroom/office space. This would require raising the floors, insulating, and mounting a stud wall. We would also like to explore converting deep wardrobe space on the first floor into a small ensuite 1.8 Sq M.
