Attic Expert requested. We have gaps in our attic roof where birds seem to be getting in, not ideal ahead of nesting season. I would investigate & repair myself, but the attic is quite cramped and hard to navigate due to the light-touch flooring up there.

Requirement is to get up there, seal up any tears in fabric/points of entry, and identify if there is an issue with any roof tiles missing/damaged which is providing entry to the birds.

Budget: €30 - €300 (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
