Description: 1. Knock down dividing wall between kitchen/living, replaster ceiling
2. Demolish all kitchen units and dispose
3. Set up kitchen for new plumbing to move kitchen sink approx 1m from its current location (against back window). Also set up for dishwasher plumbing moving 1m from current position
4. Bore 125mm hole in wall for cooker ventilation to outside and 150mm hole and installation of single MHRV unit
5. Demolish current laminate and tiled floor and dispose
6. Install new laminate floor with underlay. Size is approx 40sqm. Skirting boards to be replaced too.
7. Re-plumb washing machine to be under the stairs (where there is a waste pipe). Re-construct current shelf to allow for the weight of a new tumble dryer above the washing machine
9. Fix 100mm warm insulating board to the back exterior wall only. Skim and re-plaster and left ready for painting
10. 4 new electric sockets and one current one to be moved
11. 3 x old storage heaters to be removed and disposed and 3 x new electrical sockets at their connection
12. Fitting of new Ikea kitchen to include presses and countertop.
