Hi,

I am wondering what it would cots to knock a non load bearing wall between two small bedrooms? I am buying a new built that will be ready around September and will want this work done before moving in. The wall is 2.5m long and there is a small corner bit to remove too that is about 0.6 m. The house is a Type 1 in Rathborne Park if you want to look up the floor plan.
