Description: We are planning some renovation work to our home in Abbeyfield Kilcock.
This would consist mainly of:
Lifting existing tile floor in hallway, kitchen, utility and replacing with wooden flooring.
Relocation of three standard rads to 2 x tall wall panel rads
Some plumbing and electrical work (sockets and lighting) to facilitate a new kitchen (Kitchen supplied and fitted separately).
Removal of existing standard open fire and replacement with electric insert fire.
Replacement of some skirting, architrave and hanging of three new doors.
Painting and decorating of the sitting room, hall and kitchen.
Renovation of under stairs toilet area.
Hoping to carry out and complete the works before December this year.
