Description: I want to buy a house that was built on 1930.
I want to know if removing some walls would be possible, and the price. There would be 3 walls to remove, two of those in the ground floor and one just above one of those.
I’m not completely sure that they’re load-bearing walls but I have reasons to believe so.
I would only need the removal of the wall, not plastering or anything else. I also would be interested in the drawings of the works to be performed with the beam calculations alone, without the works done.
Budget: €500 - €10,000 (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
