Trade Required: Builder - Ground Works
Description: What I'm looking to get done is:�
1. Site clearance in the area in front of the cottage (Single Story) in order to facilitate a concrete
pathway around the perimeter of the property including a slab
at the back of the property as a base for a veranda.
Approx: 47sq meters in total.
2. Remove and replace old Facia Boards, Gutters and Downpipes. Total length approx 110 feet
I've attached some pictures to give you an idea.
