2 Doors need 1-2 inches off ends to close over carpets. Refit 6-8 spot-lights in living-room, install 3 courting rails, install bathroom fittings (shower rails, shower heads (2), toilet seats (2), fix mechanical problem with patio door (told it was easy problem to fix) - waste removal (30 bags of carpet segments) to local dump - if possible.

Budget: €100 - €400 (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
