Here's an example of a job that was posted a number of years ago by a customer looking for a heating contractor in Kilcullen, Kildare. The details of the job were as follows:-

Trade Required: Heating Contractor

Description: High Efficiency Oil fired Boiler with Heating Controls Upgrade pursuant to SEAI Home Energy Saving grant terms and conditions.<br>Details:<br>1. Boiler type: outdoor, condensing, with heating controls as per SEAI HES grant requirements;<br>2. No need to dispose of existing boiler and no changes to exisiting indoor system (radiators, hotpress, etc);<br>3. House type/size: detached 3-bed bungalow, ca 100 square metres, 7 radiators;<br>4. Boiler - house distance ca 4 m;<br>5. Tradesman must be SEAI-registered and work must be compliant with all and any HES grant requirements;<br>6. Tradesman must be willing to quote for boiler supply + fitting (including the completion and issue of all HES-required forms and certs) AND fitting (as above) of a pre-purchased and delivered boiler.
