Description: I am just wondering could I get a quote on providing an Opinion/Certificate of compliance It is for a driveway opening which we had carried out last year and we need a certified opinion of compliance from a suitable provider. Our plans were drawn up by an architectural technician he has provided us with an opinion of compliance, but unfortunately our solicitor requires a more robust certificate/opinion for our mortgage switch. The planning was a driveway opening of approx 3m, planning permission was granted with no building regulations attached. The work was carried out last year by a contractor, and the council then completed the kerb dishing
