I have currently a Hik-Vision DVR CCTV camera system with 4 cameras. Model is iDS-7204HQHI-M1 / S

I would like to re-configure it by doing all or some of the below:

1. Re-position 2 cameras
2. Setup picture / video alerts on to mobile
3. A quote for a basic alarm system just on the ground floor
4. A CCTV certificate for the PSA

Can you give me a quote for this please? Site visit welcome.
