Removal of load bearing wall between the dining room and kitchen and replace with RSJ approx 3mtrs - must be certified by engineer.
Level off back wall.
Plumb that area for the fridge.
Relocate power sockets in that area.
Extend laminate flooring into kitchen.
Agree lighting and switches.
Replace dining room radiator with a vertical one.
Paint kitchen/dining room walls.
Tile or backsplash kitchen wall.
Reuse existing kitchen cabinets but replace countertop and fit new sink and tap.
Remove all waste.
Budget: €5,000 - €10,000 (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
