Description: Essentially, below is what we've asked him to quote on:
Change kitchen (260cm x 270cm)
Slight amendments to bathroom layout and new tiles on the floor.
Replace floors on the ground floor
Square off archway and put in pocket doors
Remove wallpaper, plaster and paint ground floor and one bedroom.
Remove textured ceiling (think material is Artex)
Replace and move radiators
Change socket placement (and maybe light fixtures but not sure that's in the quote)
Replace gas fireplace with stove.
Budget Dependent
Add extension to square off kitchen area (removal of load bearing wall and replace with steel beam needed)
Budget: €30,000 - €50,000 (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
