Quiet fill ball valve needed for attic tank.4. Ground floor bathroom shower tray and enclosure needs to be reinstalled. The tray was not inset properly.5.Remove tiling in GF bathroom and upstairs bathroom tiling apply backer and retile.Outside house1. Dripping noise coming from underneath soffit needs inspection. This happens during rain and goes on for a few hours after the rain has stopped2.Make some repairs to the soffit3. A gutter is leaking, repair4.Install exterior power supply5.
