Description: There are cracks on the lower side wall of house that structural engineer has advised are likely caused by the damp proof course. I require a builder for two tasks:
1. to confirm the position of the damp proof course by hacking off small section of render (100x100mm) in location of the crack to expose the blockwork masonry joint where the DPC is expected. Some further removal of joint mortal may be necessary (20-25mm of the joint depth).
2. If DPC is present, to repair the cracks in this wall
