Description:

I am looking for someone to replace an undersized gas pipeline leading to our condenser boiler. The boiler is in a shed about 20m from the front of our house where the mains supply comes in. The pipework is currently 15mm gauge. We need at least 22mm, but more probably 28mm. The work will involve lifting some floorboards and digging up a stretch of garden, replacing the gas pipe and also properly insulating water pipes that are coming back to the house. We also have some other minor jobs around the house - fitting a second-hand window in the shed and replastering an interior wall.

Budget: €3,500 - €5,000 (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
