Description:

Flat roof measures approx 350 cm x 350 cm. Remove current atrium skylight window and replace with Velux curve tech window (120 x 120 cm) Fix new paratorch insulation board (80-100 mm insulation), new underlay and new 4mm paralon torch on felt. Any other parts needed to complete the job. Remove old guttering and debris. Also finish interior job with skim plaster. Minimum 10 year guarantee needed on all parts of the job.

Budget: €30 - €10,000 (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
