Description: We extended our house 9 years ago and at that time installed a new gas condenser boiler and water cylinder in a shed 10 metres from the back of the house. The boiler has given constant problems and has now stopped working completely. The reason is that the gas pipeline is not large enough to supply the boiler. We need to dig up part of our back garden and possibly part of our kitchen floor to replace the pipeline, as well as properly insulate the water pipes leading back to the house. We may also replace the boiler entirely.
Budget: €5,000 - €30,000 (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
