Description: I need to replace wooden floor boards in my sitting room - they are original and are all very loose. The concrete floor underneath them needs to be treated first as it is uneven and probably also needs some insulation. The skirting boards and saddle boards also need to be replaced. There are a couple of other small jobs around the house that must be done also - eg - corner of bathroom near shower has rotten floorboards and a new garden fence.
Budget: €1,000 - No limit set (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
