Description: Recent extension completed with a "pitched" 13 degree roof with roof tiles and two roof lights rated for minimum 15 degrees.
Roof needs to be converted to a flat roof system (without changing pitch of roof) and window pitch adjusted and flashing kit changed. I'd consider a tiled/slate roof system if it works for the pitch. All in all, it's a 20sqm lean-to extension for a terraced house and the roof needs to be redone properly with a flat roofing system.
It's a warm roof system and already has a layer of OSB with breathable felt ready to go. As the extension is still new, the OSB is still in good condition.
Looking for someone to start immediately.
Budget: €100 - €3,500 (this is just a rough guide, quotes may be less than or greater than the budget specified)
