Rewire/fix boiler timing switch

Description: Sorry don't know if I need a gas fitter, electrician or heating contractor....but I do need the person to be RGI. Gas Boiler is "heatline compact" which has the usual timer clock, but when I "time" the heating on only the water heats. To turn on the heat I also have to press the boost button on the "horstmann channel plus H37XL" box below the gas boiler. It's like they have not been wired up to communicate with each other. I need to be able to time the heating on during the night.
